I would love to live in a world in which everyone felt excited to go to work, where when people were at work they felt confident in themselves and that they were able to contribute in a meaningful way.

I would love “bad bosses”, toxic cultures, burnout and workplace bullying to be a thing of the past.

I believe that we can create this world.

We help businesses to navigate change and create exceptional leaders and strong teams by educating them on how human beings work, from a psychological perspective, so they can create the optimal conditions for navigating change, engage their employees and get the most out of diverse workforces.

We help businesses to reduce employee turnover, decrease sickness-absence, increase productivity and cut recruitment and onboarding spend and ultimately increase profit.

At Brighty People, we believe that the best way to change behaviour and organisational culture is through increasing employee
self-awareness and understanding of themselves and their colleagues.

“I have lived and worked as a person who was not confident, who experienced many cycles of burnout, who felt like an imposter who was pretending to be someone she wasn’t. I have lived the majority of my adult life unaware of the fact I have ADHD and feeling frustrated and a bit stuck.

I now live and work as someone who is confident, who is pretty sure she will never experience burnout again and who works with the brain she was born with.

I am so so much more productive, creative, engaged, happy and successful now. I LOVE going to work and rarely experience the dread and anxiety that plagued me on an almost daily basis. I want to help others to be the most the most happy and successful versions of themselves that they can (well, want) to be.

I now use this experience, combined with my professional training to help others be the best version of themselves in the workplace and help businesses to understand their employees.

Alongside my lived experience and passion for helping people and businesses, I also have tonnes of qualifications and professional experience that help me get the most out of people in a short period of time.

I have a degree in Psychology, a Masters in Occupational Psychology, I am an International Coaching Federation accredited coach (ACC), have a Certificate in Neuroscience for Coaching and a certificate in Neurodiversity for Coaches and am accredited on several psychometrics and work preferences assessments.

The associates I work with all have both lived experience and are highly qualified for the work they deliver.

We provide workshops, consultancy and coaching programmes that deliver real, long-term change.
