WHY INVEST IN IMPROVING EMPLOYEE RESILIENCE?

Research indicates that in the post-pandemic world we are all working in that burnout and mental health concerns are one of the main reasons for people leaving their jobs and sickness absence, at a cost to employers of £56bn in 2020-21, compared to £45bn in 2019.

Giving employees the tools to cope effectively with the “VUCA” world we all live and work in improves employee wellbeing, increases productivity and decreases employee sickness absence.

WHY DO YOU REFER TO THE WORKSHOPS AS “REAL” WORKPLACE RESILIENCE WORKSHOPS?

There is a lot of talk about resilience and many providers of resilience courses and workshops. The majority of these services are not underpinned by the science and psychology of what increases an individual’s resilience.

The Brighty People Real Workplace Resilience Workshops are based around the Brighty People Real Workplace Resilience Model. 

The model was created by Becca, after she herself experienced severe burnout and then invested a lot of time into researching resilience and resilience in the workplace.

What is it?

1 hour, 2 hour, half day and full day interactive workshops designed to increase workplace resilience.
