More than 1 in 7 of us are neurodivergent. That means it is likely that at least 1 in 7 of your colleagues and customers are also neurodivergent.
Investing in becoming a neuro-inclusive business means that you will be able to make the most of the brains in your workforce, as well as attracting a wider customer pool.
When properly put into place, neuro-inclusive practices can help build more open and honest teams, driving creativity and problem solving.
1 hour, 2 hour, half day and full day interactive workshops designed to increase both business and employee understanding of how to empower neurodivergent employees in the workplace.
Workshops cover topics such as:
“I attended the neurodiversity workshop as a neurodiverse person myself, purely to see what new things I could learn. It really highlighted some of the simple yet impactful changes that organisations can make, to support people to become the best they can be.
The activities highlighted some of the assumptions we make, without knowing the full story. Becca is a great speaker and her presentation was very informative. I would thoroughly recommend attending a session if you can, because it's amazing what you can learn about yourself and others.”
“I thoroughly enjoyed the Neurodiversity workshop hosted by Becca Brighty.
I left with a better understanding of what neurodiversity is, what it is not, and a neurodivergent perspective. The practical exercises were a great insight and I left with knowledge that I can apply in both my work life, advising and supporting others, and personal as my niece is neurodivergent.
Becca was a great host who is clearly passionate about the subject and shares her experiences openly with such honesty.”
Coaching from Becca Brighty, ADHDer, Organisational Psychologist and Workplace Confidence and Resilience Coach.
In general coaching is one of the fastest and most effective ways of improving performance, but this is even more so for those who are neurodivergent.
For certain conditions, e.g., ADHD, coaching is as, if not more, effective than medication for managing the symptoms of the condition.
Becca offers 1:1 coaching packages and retained coaching services designed to increase your neurodivergent employee’s self-awareness, identify helpful coping strategies and improve employee productivity and confidence.
“I just wanted to thank you so much for the session we had last week. It’s been such an education experience and has sparked some real personal learning.
It felt so nice to be myself and speak openly and be understood.
It’s something I really didn’t know how to approach at all and you have made me feel incredibly capable and it’s a power I didn’t know I had in some respects.
Thank you for your time!”
"I’ll be honest when I heard people talk about neurodiversity, it never crossed my mind it might relate to me.
Being dyslexic is something I have avoided talking about and have always considered to be a barrier and something that held me back.
After speaking to Becca, I release now it’s not a ‘failing’ it’s simply a divergence. I proudly added “dyslexic thinking” to my LinkedIn profile this week.
Thanks again for this amazing service.”

Rosie is also a certified internal auditor for ISO9001 (Quality Systems Management) and ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) so sews the knowledge of the standards throughout her work.
All of Brighty People’s workshops are designed with a deep understanding of human behaviour and people science at their core.
Becca and the associates she works with to deliver neurodiversity workshops and consultancy have the experience (all facilitators and coaches delivering these services are neurodivergent), both lived and professionally means gives them the ability to create learning experiences that really connect with attendees and invoke increased self-awareness and real change.
