COACHING IN THE WORKPLACE WITH BRIGHTY PEOPLE

I don’t make people into who they are not. I help them understand who they are.

Every employee has strengths, weaknesses, goals and values that drive them.  Imagine using these to their best possible advantage in your company?  My coaching in the workplace programmes are nurturing, carefully developed for each employee and business.  Using a combination of organisational and human psychology I develop coaching sessions that bring out the best in people, whether that is as an employee or a business leader.

“Every session she gave me new insights about myself, theories on how to handle things in a different way and how to apply them in the ‘real world’.

Becca is a very friendly person with a great understanding of human nature. She treats you with respect and humour. Since working together on coaching in the workplace, I have found I am more calm, less stressed and it is easier for me now to set my boundaries towards others. I am looking forward to our further collaboration!”

Investing in yourself or your employees?

I naturally get asked the cost of my coaching in the workplace.  The answer is typically between £1,000 – £3,000 for 1-2-1 coaching (just so you know) but the first thing I ask my clients is, “What would it cost not to have it?”

I know that there are countless amazing, knowledgeable and skilled employees not flourishing in their current business simply due to values clashes.  For example, you could have a very able employee who is struggling because of who they are working with.  The cost-effective (but maybe not the first) answer to this is – can you simply change who they work with?

I therefore don’t believe in “bog standard” assessments.  I use my years of knowledge and practised techniques to reveal the true picture of your culture and the employees within it.  I then use this insight within my coaching to identify employee/employer joint opportunities for success.

Coaching is not a cost, it’s a saving.

“The average cost of replacing a member of staff is more than £30,000, with an average onboarding investment period of 28 weeks plus HR resource and recruitment advertising charges.”
